Tracking your order

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, sent to the email address on your order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

When the first scan appears

Carriers can take 1 to 2 business days to log the first scan, so there's no need to worry if nothing shows up straight away.

How long delivery takes

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days, including 1 to 2 business days for handling and 6 to 10 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 Oslo time (CET/CEST) are processed the next business day.

If tracking has not updated

If 12 business days have passed since your order and the tracking has not updated, email support@evengoods.com with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier.
