Each box holds one pair of everyday adult shoes or trainers; tall boots will not fit at 14 cm high. The boxes are made of light plastic, so put the heaviest pairs in the bottom row.

Do they fit large trainers? Each box is 33 cm deep and 23 cm wide on the outside, which suits most adult shoes and trainers. Measure very large or high-top shoes first.
Can I open a box in the middle of a stack? Yes. The door drops down at the front, so any box opens while the others stay stacked.
How do I clean them? Wipe them with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them dry before closing the doors.
