A giant Easter foil balloon, 150 cm tall (the carrot 119 cm), that stands on its own foil base. Fill it with air using the included pump; no helium is needed.

Inflate the base and the main balloon, then fit them together. Keep it away from sharp edges and direct heat; the balloon can be let down, folded and used again.
