Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
Stir-fry, braise and steam
- Body: die-cast aluminium with a thick base that spreads the heat
- Coating: ceramic non-stick inside, so food turns and lifts easily
- Lid: glass with a green rim and knob
- Steamer: a perforated insert for vegetables, dumplings and fish, in the steamer kit
- Spatula: a green silicone spatula in both kits
The wok works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs. It is not suitable for the oven.

Care and cleaning
Let the wok cool, then wash it with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. Use silicone or wooden utensils to protect the coating.

Which kit includes the steamer? Wok with lid, steamer and spatula. The other kit has the lid and spatula only.
