Wipe with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid, rinse the cloth and let the mat dry flat.

Is the wooden chopping board included? No. The board in the photos shows how the mat is used; you get the mat only.

Which size should I choose? 30 x 40 cm fits under most chopping boards; 40 x 80 cm covers a whole prep area.
